We're spending the week of Lyd's 63rd birthday at Bay Lake Tower at Walt Disney World.

We were seated at “The Cooking Place” where Karim was our server and we visited with Jessica, the flatbread chef. We started with a bottle of Kanonkop Pinotage. I had the Roasted Beet Salad. I followed this with the Grilled Wild Boar Tenderloin. Lyd had the Braised Beef Short Rib. For dessert, Lyd chose the Coconut Bread Pudding and I had the Parsnip Crème Brule.
