We're sailing to and from New Orleans, aboard the "Queen of the Mississippi" on our 2nd cruise with American Cruise Lines.
At 1230, we went down for lunch, Lyd and I each had the shrimp cake served with roasted red pepper shrimp sauce followed by the Cornmeal Crusted Catfish with corn relish over red beans, rice and Collard Greens. For dessert, Lyd chose the Chocolate Bread Pudding and I had Mint Chocolate Chip Ice cream. After lunch, Lyd went down to the Magnolia Room to hear Toots, the Riverlorian and I returned to the Chesapeake Lounge and joined a Rummikube match. We had cocktails at 1730 in the Magnolia Room.
