| We're sailing to and from New Orleans, aboard the "Queen of the Mississippi" on our 2nd cruise with American Cruise Lines. |
|
At 0700, it’s 39 on the Mississippi River, sailing downriver towards St. Francisville, LA.
We had early riser coffee and tea and then went down to breakfast.
I dropped off the lady’s shirt from the bingo night since I won’t be able to use it.
Lyd had her customary prunes and cottage cheese and I repeated my scrambled eggs, bacon and corned beef hash.
During breakfast, they replaced the lady’s shirt with a blue ACL monogrammed polo shirt in my size.
At 9, Toots did a talk on St. Francisville which we did not attend.
At 10, Eagle Society members were recognized.
We received a book about New Orleans and Laura asked me to speak to the group about our experiences.
