We waited for about 30 minutes before being seated in the Grand Ballroom which we found to be dark and noisy.
Rachel was our server.
We had a bottle of Helfrich Pinot Gregio (39).
Lyd had the French Onion Soup (7.99) and I had the Potato Leek Soup (7.99) which were not very remarkable.
Lyd moved on to the Shrimp and Scallops (26.99) in Puff Pastry which was surprisingly good.
I had the Pork Chop (23.99) which was nice and thick, but a bit dry.
Perhaps our expectations were too high, but we were not impressed, even though the Beast did walk through the dining room.
