Home Easter in Wyomissing Contents

We're going to Wyomissing for the Easter Weekend.
Saturday:
At 0633, it's 50 and the car is packed for the drive to Wyomissing. Margaret didn't want to get up this morning, so Lyd was home at 0740. We were at Weeping Willow by 0810 and on the road earlier than usual. We stopped at Chick-Fil-A and each had a breakfast Chicken biscuit (4.45) to which Lyd added a Frosted Coffee (1.16). The drive was effortless with little traffic and we arrived at noon to SKDL sitting down to their lunch. After naps, during which WDW called to acknowledge receipt of Pixie Dust List #9, Dominic and I played a game of Pirates of the Caribbean Battleship. Kate served a lovely shrimp and cauliflower over rice with a salad and Lyd's Zucchini Gratin.

Sunday:
At 0550, it's 42 and overcast. The kids made a nice breakfast of eggs, sausage, bacon and English Muffins. The family started to gather by 2 and Easter Dinner was served, in two rooms, at 3. With lots of good food and good company, it broke up around 1830. By 2040, Lyd and I both went to bed.

Monday:
At 0540, it's 44. We packed, quickly and quietly, and left at 0700, some 20 minutes after Kate. The drive home was wet, but without any real problems. We picked up Buddy and were back in the house by 1130.
