Background
At 0625, it's 57. We went down for breakfast and the returned to the room. At 0710, we departed Kingston, and at 1000, docked in Catskill. We have elected not to go on either of today's house tours as they just didn't appeal to either of us. Lew read and I worked on pix for the website. At 1230, we went down for lunch. We each had a grilled Portobello mushroom spinach salad with a very vinegary warm bacon dressing. We also concurred on Red, White and Bleu Chicken Salad of field greens, red onion, marinated white beans with ranch-bleu cheese dressing. We both selected the Chocolate Éclair for dessert. We spent the afternoon napping and relaxing in our cabin overlooking the dock. At 1730, we went down for the cocktail party hosted by Captain Beebe-Center. He also honored us by sitting at our table for dinner, making it the Captain's Table. We both has Manhattan Clam Chowder followed by Honey-Brown Sugar Glazed Mignonette of Salmon with vegetable hash, Brussels' Sprouts and a Vanilla Butter Sauce. We both capped off with the Flourless Chocolate Torte before returning to Cabin 301. At 2115, it was 73 with the window open, yet again.
