Lunch at The Hollywood Brown Derby

Lew started with a Bombay Gin Martini (10.25) and I had a Grey Goose and Tonic (11.25). Lew chose the Wagyu Burger (23) with gruyere, pastrami, heirloom tomato, avocado, fried egg on toasted brioche with cognac-mustar aioli and hand-cut steak fries. I picked two appetizers. The first was Togarashi-crusted Ahi Tuna (15) with Wakame coleslaw, prk belly jam, crispy nori and chili garlic aioli. The second, of course, had to be the appetizer potion of their signature Cobb Salad (18) of finely chopped greens, turkey breast, bacon, egg, tomatoes, crumbled blue cheese, avocado, chives and cobb dressing.
