| The Plan: Sonia will pick us up around 1000 for the drive to Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). AA4463 departs at 1340, arriving at 1521 in Bangor, ME. We plan to have dinner, in the hotel, at Timber Kitchen and Bar. | |||
| ROUGH DRAFT At 0600, it's 73o and we beat the alarm. Sonia arrived early, at 0930 and we headed for PHL airport. Following an effortless drive, we checked in and went, easily, through security and out to Gate B1. We split cheesesteak and I had a Tito's and tonic. We boarded at 1315 and were in the air by 1345. Up on our arrival in Bangor, ME, we took an Uber to the Residence Inn, checking in around 1600. At 1730, we went down to dinner at Timber Kitchen and bar, in the hotel. Lyd had a Hendricks Martini (16) and I had Tito's and Tonic (11). Lyd picked Surf and Turf (65), and I had a bunless Logger Burger (16), adding mushroom (2). For dessert, she picked the Blueberry Pie (12) and I had the Brulee trio (12). We returned to the room, and by 2000, we were getting ready for bed and 76o. |
