| Ingredients: |  
4 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped 
1 stick butter 
1 cup sugar 
2 teaspoons vanilla 
4 large eggs 
1.25 cup all purpose flour
 | 
1.5 cup chopped black walnuts 
1/2 teaspoon salt 
8 oz English toffee bits 
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 
1 Tablespoon Expresso Coffee powder

| Procedures: |  
Bring all ingredients to room temperature. 
Spray  9 x 9 pan with Pam. 
In a saucepan, under very low heat, melt the chocolate and butter. 
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs. 
Cool the chocolate completely and then add the sugar, vanilla, eggs, Expresso, flour, cocoa, walnuts and toffee bits. 
Spread into a pan and bake at 350o for 45 minutes. 
Cool completely before cutting into squares.
