breading [flour, corn meal, commercial breading mixes, etc.]
alcoholic beverages

Choose the available fish filets
Coat and Fry
Choose and prepare sides as available and/or desired.

| Notes: |
2025-03-29: Four cod filets were breaded and air fried using the Breville app. Served with grillin beans, the fish had no taste.
2023-07-28: Two flounder files with corn-on-the-cob, tater tot’s, and grillin’ beans.
2021-10-22: We used a butter-flied filet of rainbow trout that wasn’t very good; served with Grillin’ Beans.
2020-09-02: 3 pieces of flounder served with potato salad and baked beans.
2019-12-29: Added to our cookbook.
