| Goes very well with Bloody Marys. |

| Ingredients: |
2 eggs per person
1 slice ham
1 slice cheese
2 tablespoons water or milk
1 tablespoon butter
S&P

| Procedures: |
Make each 2-egg omelet separately.
Whisk together eggs, water/milk and S&P
Heat the butter in a 9" skillet until bubbling
Add the egg mixture and top with ham and cheese
Brown, fold in half, flip and brown the other side.
[Optional: Sauté diced onions and/or sliced mushrooms first and then add with ham and cheese]
