Pasta and Clam Sauce
One of our most popular and easiest entrees, the ingredients are always in the pantry. Garlic bread and a tossed salad are often added.
Ingredients:
1/2 pound pasta (angel hair and vermicelli, preferred)
1 can, each, Red Clam Sauce & White Clam Sauce
1 can of Snow’s Chopped clams
Grated Parmesan (optional)
Procedures:
Prepare the pasta according to package directions.
Combine the cans of clam sauce in a pan and heat through on the stove top.
Drain the pasta, plate and add sauce to taste.
Add Parmesan cheese.
Notes:
2024-12-23: Vermicelli with green salads and Ricco dolce.
2024-09-26: We used both cans of clam sauce, a can of chopped clams, and a half box of thin spaghetti #9. Served with Parmesan crisps and a bottle of Primitivo.
2024-06-26: Served with a bottle of Ricco Dolce and followed by flan.
2023-09-28: another great batch.
