Pork Tenderloin Roast |

Ingredients: |
1/2 pork tenderloin single
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon sage
|
1/2 teaspoon thyme
a few grinds of pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon adobo

Procedures: |
Rub spices into the tenderloin.
Chill in the fridge for an hour.
Roast at 400o to 145o for medium; about an hour.
Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes: |
2025-03-02: Served with corn and broccoli and a bottle of Prosecco.
2024-10-07: Served with scalloped apples and sauerkraut. Several pints of slices went to the freezer.
2022-10-22: The featured dish for Oktoberfest, with German potato salad, Bavarian green beans, wine kraut and scalloped apples.
2021-12-26: For our Christmas dinner with SKDL we roasted 4 tenderloin singles!
