Perfect Boiled Shrimp
Ridiculously simple, this truly works, whether the shrimp are shelled or not, fresh or frozen! Feel free to be skeptical; we were!
Ingredients:
any amount you choose of large shrimp (16-20)
1/4 cup vinegar per pound
1 Tablespoon Old Bay per pound
Procedures:
Submerge the shrimp in enough water to be 1-2 inches above the shrimp.
Add the vinegar and Old Bay.
Start the burner and, as it heats, stir constantly until 2 shrimp float.
Drain the shrimp and put them into an ice water bath to stop the cooking.
