Broccoli Salad Broccoli Salad
Ingredients:
5 Strips Bacon, crumbled
1 head Broccoli
5 Scallions, sliced
3/4 cup Mayo
2 T Vinegar
1/4 cup Sugar or Splenda
OR
4 teaspoons Sucralose
Procedures:
Cook the bacon well done and crumble/chop. This is easily done by putting frozen bacon in a saucepan under really low heat (no splatter).
Whisk the mayo, sugar and vinegar together.
Tear the broccoli into bite-sized pieces, add the scallions and sauce. Chill.
Just before serving, fold in the bacon.
