Corn Salad Fieri

Ingredients:
Salad:
1 bag frozen corn
1 cup edamame
2 tablespoons EVOO
1 cup diced red bell pepper
3/4 cup diced red onion
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Dressing:
1.5 cups mayo
1/3 cup pepper relish
Procedures:
In a medium saute pan, over med-high heat, add olive oil, then the red bell pepper and onion. Saute 3 minutes, then add beans and corn and saute 2 minutes. Sir in garlic and edamame and saute 1 minute more. Combine the dressing ingredients with the salad
