Deviled Eggs
Ingredients: [May be multiplied]
3 hard cooked eggs
1/4 cup mayo
1 T pepper relish
1/4 t mustard any type but dried
dash salt
dash pepper
parsely, dill, paprika [optional]
other garnishes as desired
Procedures:
Peel 3 hard cooked eggs.
Cut each egg in half and secure the yolk to a separate bowl, setting aside the egg half.
To the yolks, add the mayo, relish, mustard, salt and pepper and blend well.
Spoon the mixture into the egg halves, garnish and chill.
Notes:
2023-10-03: Made for Bill’s visit.
2023-07-03: 8 eggs made 15 halves, using honey mustard.
2021-09-05: Four eggs made 8 servings; gone the same day.
2021-06-26: We used 7 eggs, topped with a little leftover salmon to make 14 halves.
