Sal's Salad
A simple green salad, in the Italian style, served after the entree.
Ingredients:
Romaine lettuce bunches
Balsamic Vinegar
EVOO
S&P
Procedures:
Wash and chop a number of Romaine bunches appropriate for the size of the dining group.
Ask Sal to dress with the oil and vinegar.
S&P to taste.
Notes:
2024-05-12: 6 stalks were trimmed and chopped and taken to Exeter for Ann and Santo’s Mothers’ Day luncheon.
