Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich |

| Ingredients: |
2 sub rolls
1/2 lb Deli London Broil, chipped-sliced
1/2 Green pepper, thinly sliced
1 Poblano pepper, thinly sliced
1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
|
2 garlic cloves, minced
Worcestershire sauce
Cheeze Whiz
S&P

| Procedures: |
slice/chip the leftover beef very thin. Slice the onion and the peppers thinly.
Sautee the peppers, and onion in EVOO and a little Worcestershire until tender.
Add the beef and garlic and sautee until heated through.
Meanwhile, heat the Cheeze Whiz until pourable.
Place the meat,onion,pepper mixture on the bun and pour cheeze whiz.
Serve immediately with plenty of napkins.
