PINEAPPLE PEPPER SAUCE  
This is a part of Pork Clairmont.
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Pineapple Preserve
1 Poblano pepper, diced
1 Tablespoon Canola oil
1 Teaspoon Garlic, minced
1 Cup Beef broth
1 Teaspoon Soy sauce
1 Teaspoon Corn starch
Procedures:
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and, over high heat, reduce by half.
Notes:
2020-05-16: We substituted Orange Marmalade and served over Pork Clairmont.
2017-07-22: made with apricot- pineapple and a poblano pepper to go on Pork Clairmont.
2016-01-20: Made with peach preserves instead of pineapple and a Jalapeno rather than a poblano to go on Pork Clairmont.
2014-03-01: The pineapple preserve was added to the Pork Clairmont with no other ingredients!
2013-11-02: Served with Pork Clairmont. 1/3 cup of rum was added to sauce.
