Veggie Stir Fry
This is one of those dishes that can take a variety of ingredients and a variety of sauces; whatever suits your mood or menu.
Ingredients:
Sugar Snap Peas
Red Onion
Bell Peppers
Water chestnuts
Squashes
Asparagus
EVOO
Gen Tso Sauce
Sechuan Spicy Sauce
Procedures:
Cut the fresh ingredients into bite-sized pieces.
Add the EVOO and stir-fry until done.
Finish by adding the sauce and serve warm.
Notes:
2021-09-02: We used a red onion and a bag of sugar snap peas. I added too much Sezchuan Sauce.
