This uses the Breville Joule Oven auto pilot and about 5 hours.

| Notes: |
2026-10-03: A 5.5 lb bird was auto-roasted and served with mashed potatoes, gravy and grilled red onions. There is enough left over for sandwiches.
2024-12-21: This worked again with a load to the freezer.
2024-09-15: This first attempt was highly successful. An 8 lb bird yielded sandwiches and more for the freezer.
