ORANGE PEPPER SAUCE
This is a part of Crispy Orange Beef.
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Orange Marmalade
1 Poblano pepper, diced OR
1 can green chopped chilis
1 Tablespoon Canola oil
1 Teaspoon Garlic, minced
1 Cup Beef broth
1 Teaspoon Soy sauce
1 Teaspoon Corn starch
Procedures:
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and, over high heat, reduce by half.
Notes:
This works well with Crispy Orange Beef and Panko Shrimp

2019-05-24: no corn starch
2018-03-25: made with a can of chopped chilis, half went to the freezer for another time.
2016-04-15: served over Crispy Orange Beef.
2014-06-06: With Panko Scallops.
