Air-Fried Asparagus |

Ingredients: |
1 pound fresh asparagus, 1 to 1 1/2 inches cut off the bottom
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Procedures: |
Heat the Breville oven to 400o.
Put asparagus in a quart bag, and toss with olive oil
Put on air fryer grate, with drip pan underneath
Sprinkle with S&P
Airfry at 400o for 7 minutes.

2025-06-30: Airfried and served with chicken Agrodolce.
2025-05-14: Now in season, served several times through May.
2025-05-05: one bunch was air fried in the Breville for 7 minutes at 400, and served with poached flounder.
