Many decades ago, at the opening of WDW, we were already big Disney fans.
Over the years, we progressed from day-trips to single parks and then to multi-day off-property stays enjoying several parks.
From there we progressed to multi-day stays, on-property, with free roaming (Park-Hopping) of all of the parks.
As we have matured, our tastes have changed and we, increasingly, favor the fabulous Disney signature restaurants over the rides.
Following our retirements, and our move from Florida, we felt a need for something more.
In May of 2010, we joined the Disney Vacation Club and established Bay Lake Tower at the Contemporary Resort as our "home away from home."
Currently, we journey to the "Mouse House" twice-a-year in March and November and in alternate years, we take Sal, Kate and the boys.
Since we started staying "on-property" in 1997, we've enjoyed many visits with many more to come.
